"Tom was great to communicate with leading up to the booking. They were respectful of my space and left it in good condition. Unfortunately, they went over the time period without asking for permission, which caused my following guest a delay. Certain members of Tom's team were not friendly toward my cleaner and her insistence that they depart. In the end, everyone was out of the space and we were able to accommodate the following guest. Unfortunately, I won't be able to host them again in the future."
