"Monica was pure joy and professionalism from beginning to the very end. She is Extremely respectful and cooperative. The booking not only went as planned, it went above expectations. Monica made everything run as easily and as trouble-free as could be possible. Couldn't recommend her more highly. PS: She even left a little gift for my daughter which was very enthusiastically received. "
