No, I would not host them again.
"He either didn't read the rules or signed off with the intent to not follow. Either way his production left me having to constantly site rep to make sure procedures that were explained in two in person meetings were properly followed. Despite initially meeting in person over a week before and then again the Tuesday before a Saturday shoot, I was told by his co producer whom I'd never met over text message on Thursday afternoon before the shoot that absent a negative covid test, I would not be allowed on the premises, which is to say I would have to vacate my home entirely to a student film crew and hope for the best. Not a word from Charles on any of this. I was able to get a test and a result within 24 hours and be present to observe the production. Our agreement stated that Charles only had access to the property Saturday and Sunday, but he used my address on a Film LA permit to film exteriors on Friday, costing me a tax day and against my wishes. The location rules clearly state no food or drink allowed inside the house, but Charles had his crew set up a craft service station in my living room during load in. They had a child actress on the premises without an adult guardian and got mad at me for demanding her mom return to set asap. A focal point of the in person meetings was floor protection per the rules of my listing yet I was constantly having to remind Charles to follow the rules set out. There's more but I'm out of characters "
