"Disappointing. We made sure to communicate that ours is a 100 year old home that requires a bit of consideration. The snow was shoveled off the walks to make sure we'd get as little as possible in the house. We made clear that there was no smoking of any kind, vaping included, in the home. We offered disposable dishes and cups if they needed them and expect care would be taken. It wasn't. We watched as member of their crew went in and out constantly, even walking across the snow covered lawn and right back into the house. We started sopping up water and ice from the floor while they were still packing and watched as they vaped in the house right in front of us. They were nice folks, just could care less about the space or how they left it."
