"When this guest first contacted us, they indicated that they wanted to have a "release party" for a few artists and wondered if our space was available. They also stated that they would have a few vendors and needed to use some of our tables. We obliged their request after a negotiation that the event would end at 2 am. When I arrived at the location to greet them, the host was late but one of the vendors (a tattoo artist) arrived early and stated that she was here for "the rave." When I texted the host he stated he didn't know "why she would say this." Long story short, the police were called to the location twice, the super and the tenants called me to complain and they didn't leave until 4:30 am. DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE!
