They keep the noise down while filming, communicated well throughout the process, cleaned up behind themselves, and came through with really good energy. Definitely a 5 star guest. "I don't know how this escaped me at the time, but Joey & his team did their shoot at our house last June, and were exemplary guests during the time they were there. The booking went off smoothly and not only were they respectful of our property & the two tenants there, but they were helpful with unforeseen issues (like unexpected sprinklers and other things that houses sometimes surprise us with)! As they were the first time they filmed at our place the previous year, they again were a pleasure to work with and we would be thrilled to have come back to film again any time!
