"This was the second week in a row Bexter was here and just like last week absolutely EXCELLENT tenant. On time in and out, left everything in perfect order, worked really well with the tech we had available and was very good at communicating as they left the space. Looking forward to working more together!"

"Bexter R. was a fantastic person and guest in my space. Communicated immediately when requesting the booking on the needs of their small dance group, communicated the arrival time when it had to change, was extremely patient when we had some connection issues for the music they were using and still managed to leave exactly on time. I have video security and an entry chime so I know when people arrive and leave and even with that still took the time to message me and make sure I knew the space was clear to prepare for the next event."
