"Raissa is a joyful individual with a lot of passion about what she is doing and is very friendly. She was timely with her responses to my questions and updates and very open to feedback throughout the entire process. I allowed Raissa complimentary use of the venue for a 1-hour soundcheck and 4-hour dress rehearsal. The DJ was one hour late to the soundcheck. During the dress rehearsal, the entire team left 1 hour late. I gave Raissa firm feedback on this and on the day of the event everyone arrived and left on time. During the event itself, there were some opportunities for improvement. It seems that some of the rules I relayed to Raissa personally were not communicated clearly to her team on the day of the event. I believe that because Raissa is open to feedback and works hard to implement it, that she will show much improvement during her next event and we would consider hosting her again. I wish her the best in growing her business."
