"We had a disappointing experience with Paolo's group. - they left mass amounts of trash behind including marketing supplies, a large whiteboard and tons of food trash. We can't possibly manage it all on our own so we have a trash service coming. - they caused damage to the walls. There is a deep gouge in the wall that will require a professional painter to come patch and paint. - they moved furniture around without permission - they consumed all of the owners beverages that were in the home without replacing them or leaving money "
