"Carlisa was an excellent guest. The house was not up to her standard when she arrived, and she was celebrating a big day. She was extremely patient with the problems, as were all of her guests, and she managed to enjoy the celebration despite the failings on my end. I appreciate her for being independent, contacting us when there were problems, and accepting a refund. The house is closed for air conditioning repair, so I won't invite anyone over for a few days. However, I highly recommend Carlisa as a renter to anyone."
