"As a courtesy we gave her two hours of set up starting at 11 AM. She was booked for 1pm to 5pm but then claimed because her people came late at 2:45 that she was paying from 2-7pm. But we do not work that way, as we go off of updates from the site. Plus, we do not give 4 extra hours of free set up. Overall, they were very courteous, kept the music in check, and cleaned up after themselves. They were great people"
