"There was a lack of communication and transparency. Not the best experience. She asked to book last minute. I asked her to scout or FaceTime scout and she declined. The listing clearly states guests must provide a list of rooms they intend to use at time of inquiry and before booking - I was not given this until the night before the shoot. She said she wanted the use of the living room and an ancillary room and as most productions- she mentioned a bedroom as the third option. However this was not even accurate as they actually mainly intended to use the master bedroom. I was up front and told her there were personal items in the room that needed to be stashed or moved and she agreed. I asked for a shot list and proof of insurance, Covid protocol which I never received. She didn’t share that they mainly wanted to use the master bedroom and to have models on the bed for shooting an intimacy product. If she were upfront about the intentions for use of the space the experience would’ve been much better. "
