"The guest had booked for 730AM and showed up at 730PM (an easy mistake). Luckily we were able to accommodate the booking still. The guest used the space nicely and left it in good condition, and they did stay after the agreed upon booking time. Would book again with hopes that this was a one-time boooking issue. "
