"This was our first production rental, so we had a lot of learning. 

 Pros: -The rental time frame was respected. Everything was put back meticulously. Areas for Improvement: ⁃ We offered a common space in our shared main building for their team, so they didn’t have to sit in a tent in over 100 degree weather. This was for AC & bathroom use, but, ended up being used for filming, which wasn’t approved. We have a strict landlord & did not have permission for this. This could have easily been avoided had Andreas asked. ⁃ Entrances to the building that weren’t approved were used. As they rented only a portion of our space, our team needed exclusive access to a specific entrance/exit. This was to remain clear & not for use by the renters. However, the film crew repeatedly used this door, & propped it open wide despite instruction to leave it a specific way (& for our use only). ⁃ Areas of our space were used that were not approved. Our commercial kitchen & warehouse were not rented & were blocked off, yet, the film crew used this space to store equipment & congregate. ⁃ despite explicit instruction not to, the film crew covered our artwork with paper, risking damage to our pieces. Nothing was damaged, but this was discussed beforehand. Overall, they were perfectly nice & tried to leave our space as they found it. However, there were many ways the renters used our space that were not agreed to. We will likely not rent our space for production in the future. "
