"Reliable guest. A word specific to Peerspace though: I still think that guests should pay in advance, plus a security deposit. Like its done on direct rentals. Or afterwards, in case of damage, Peerspace is as powerless as the host. Big weakness in my opinion concerning Peerspace as a platform. Plus, in that case, the money was transferred 11 days after the shooting. Way too long. Peerspace is henceforth hard to trust and in this business, trust is everything."
