"Susanna left the space in good condition. She did request last minute to start the booking at 12 instead of 11:30 which I accepted, but showed up at 11:35 to check in. I did not mind this as I usually like to give my clients plenty of time to check in early. However, the booking ended at 2:00 and she did not leave the space until 2:25. I understand Susanna working in a business with other clients and scheduling can be an issue, however, I would have preferred she communicate better about the scheduling conflict."
