"These go us were great. Very professional crew. The booking, however, was extremely last minute and we learned about the production and it’s requirements as the crew arrived. They ended up using the entire home, plus our own supplies including surge protectors, glassware, bath towels, candles, as well as the guest rom for costume and talent staging, our steam room and master bedroom balcony for filming. I wouldn’t have an issue with much of this usually, but we were given no consideration for any of the extras we provided, and the crew was over their booking timeline by an hour at tear down. We have not been paid for overages and the production team is dodging our attempts at communicating with them. Overall, I’d host them again, but I’d make sure expectations are set properly prior to their arrival."
