The guest was late without communicating, we had to follow up with them. In addition, they were not respectful of the space with their traffic flow and trash outside the venue. They were not clear about what their shoot consisted of and had we known they would flow throughout the space, we would have booked them for the entire venue vs. the one photography room. Guest ignored direction given by host and owner regarding controlling their crew. "
