"Overall, Herbert and his crew were well-communicative and took care of the space. However, we were a bit disappointed in some rules that were blatantly ignored, even after having a conversation about it. For example, trash was left in our cans when we specifically mentioned to please take offsite. Also, vaping occurred in the house, and cigarette butts were left in our driveway. We would welcome Herbert and his crew back but would be more cognizant of doing a thorough walkthrough before they leave the premises. "
