Sitting on a tree-lined 1.4 acre lot and just ten minutes from downtown Waco, the perfect girls\u2019 day awaits at the Pink Waco A-Frame<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alli Pozeznik, real estate investor turned A-frame enthusiast, purchased and renovated this 1980\u2019s home with the goal of standing out in a \u201csea of modern farmhouse homes in Waco\u201d. Sitting down with HGTV<\/a>, Alli explains she was drawn to A-frames \u201cbecause of the nostalgia, the retro flair, and they\u2019re leisure worthy.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alli has had the opportunity to host a range of bookings at her pink A-frame paradise since completely renovating the property. From women\u2019s networking events and baby showers to branded photoshoots and content creation days, this A-frame has a little something for everyone. CEO Melody H. booked this space for a production last year, for example, and noted that \u201cthe house was perfect with no detail left unthought of. [It was] perfect for photo shoots with endless setups and zero props needed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since opening the doors of this playful paradise to hundreds of guests, Alli has made the Pink Waco A-Frame<\/a> a Texan staple. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Described by HGTV<\/a> as \u201cBarbie meets ’70s kitsch with a generous helping of cowgirl aesthetic\u201d, this A-frame is full of Alli\u2019s personal touches. She hand painted every inch of the walls, commissioned murals from local artists in the bedrooms, and meticulously scoured antique shops and thrift stores for the perfect accents in every room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The attention-to-detail doesn\u2019t stop once you step outside the A-frame. Under the Waco stars, guests can soak in a hot tub, dine alfresco, and cozy up around a fire pit – all thanks to the twelve tons of pea gravel laid out by Alli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
