Ted Lasso became a quick hit with its hilarious take on British and American culture. The broad location for filming Ted Lasson is Richmond Green. If you are able to visit this little town of about 20,000 people in southwest London, you\u2019ll find plenty of familiar scenes from \u201cTed Lasso.\u201d This town was originally famous for a sport much different than soccer, though (or \u201cfootball\u201d I suppose we should say). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the Middle Ages, this area was famous for its jousting tournaments! Beginning in the 17th century, residents began using The Green for cricket, the traditional May Fair, and the Richmond May Ball. Now that the town is also synonymous with the Richmond of \u201cTed Lasso\u201d– take the time to walk around and see if you spot any lesser-known spots featured in the series!
