Beautiful lobby in historically preserved building in the heart of the fashion district. Perfect for filming, photographs, commercials etc.. Features extraordinary detailing and warm ambiance. High ceilings, terra cotta floor tiling and art deco moldings throughout. The staircase has just been renovated with beautiful mosaic tiles. Beautiful American Flag artwork and showcases along the walls. Parking: street metered parking available (free after 6PM), outdoor parking lot available right behind the building with alley access, indoor parking available at the end of the block inside the Cooper Building.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
