About Caelum Gallery Event Space

Located in the heart of Chelsea, our spacious 3rd floor gallery (1,900 sq. ft) consists of three loosely divided rooms with 13' high ceilings, large windows, natural lighting, and a view of the High Line, offering the perfect space for presentations, art exhibitions, photo and video shootings, receptions, fashion events, promotional events and more. Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $330 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $350 per hour Sat. Sun: $350 per hour - 5 hours minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directly to the venue - Off hour building staff fee : $100 per hour (after 6:00pm on weekdays, after 5:00pm on weekends, includes freight elevator service) - Site rep: $150 ( support at the beginning and the end) -Cleaning fee: $150 -Janitorial fee: $70 Freight Elevator(Can be used as passenger elevator): 24 hours Monday - Friday. 12am - 5pm. Saturday 11am - 5pm. Sunday Automatic Passenger elevator: 24/7. Sun. from 11am Main Passenger elevator: Mon - Sat: 8am - 6:15pm (off hours available at $100 per hour) Sun: Closed (available at $100 per hour) In-house rental furniture: The list will be sent upon request. Rental fee should be paid directly to the venue when order was made. Chairs, Tables, Tablecloth, Coat racks, Pedestals, Speakers, Microphone, Projector, Backdrop w. white or black screen.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
