Rates: Mon. - Fri. 9am - 5pm: $300 per hour - 5 hours minimum Off hour (before 9am, after 5pm): $320 per hour Sat. Sun: $320 per hour - 5 hours minimum Weekly and monthly rentals available (negotiable) Extra fees: Should be paid directly to the venue - Off hour building staff fee : $100 per hour (after 6:00pm on weekdays, after 5:00pm on weekends, includes freight elevator service) - Site rep: $150 ( support at the beginning and the end) -Cleaning fee: $150 -Janitorial fee: $70 Freight Elevator(Can be used as passenger elevator): 24 hours Monday - Friday. 12am - 5pm. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
