About Potrero Hill Garden Pavilion

You are invited to enjoy a business offsite space like no other here in the City. The Garden Pavilion is located in San Francisco's famous "Arena" neighborhood, known for its AI startups, software companies, and tech workers. Since 2015 the Garden Pavilion has hosted teams from Uber, Airbnb, Lyft, Open AI, Y Combinator, Stanford, UCSF, Salesforce, X, Meta, Stripe, Dropbox, Med/ Bio Tech companies, and dozens of startups. The Garden Pavilion is comfortable, elegant and perfect for the most casual meeting to the most polished presentation to a relaxing mini-retreat. You will have use of the entire Pavilion and its multiple decks, and you can enjoy the expansive garden. The WIFI is very strong and fast inside and outside. The Pavilion has professionally installed Enterprise Grade WIFI 802.11ac Wave2 MU-MIMO with a gigabit synchronous fiber uplink from Sonic, and dedicated access points in the Garden Pavilion. Starlink is configured for immediate backup. Workshop supplies in the Pavilion for your use: • a white board (easel style), • sticky poster paper large poster size, • colored markers and pens, • and lots of square stickies. Kitchen supplies for your use: • kitchen may be used for your catering needs, but no cooking please - warming up your catered meals is fine, and please feel free to use the dishes, mugs, glasses and silverware, and microwave. Coffee, tea, and waters supplied: • coffee and teas and creamers (coffee maker and tea kettle, ground coffee, tea bags). • selection of sparkling waters in the fridge for you. Getting here: • the Garden Pavilion is in Lower Potrero Hill so biking is easy along flat streets (and there is a bike rack in the garden). • Waymo, Uber and Lyft come in one to minutes, • cross streets: Missouri between 17th and Mariposa Streets, • three blocks off Hwy 280 Mariposa Street Exit, • 20 minutes from SFO. • the Garden Pavilion cannot be seen from the street- it is in the back of the garden. Parking: • the best all day parking option is 1.5 blocks around the corner at the public parking garage at 80 Mississippi Street (the SF FlowerMart). • there is usually street parking but it is limited to 2 hours (and in some spots 4 hours) from 8AM-10PM Monday - Saturday. Health and Safety Measures

The Garden Pavilion is cleaned completely between guests, and tidied up daily for multi- day guests (garbage out, dishes washed etc) .

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
