About the Space
Spaulding square bungalow with pool and studio. Oasis conveniently located in the middle in the city.
We welcome intimate events in the backyard and back house. There is plenty of seating to kick back, relax. Perfect for cocktail parties, baby showers and any under control celebration. However, we do not rent for very dynamic and loud parties or pool parties. we favor smaller gatherings.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
