Video w/ audio recordings will have to deal with bleed noise from the outside at times. Our two story 1600 sq. ft studio is a great facility for most shoots and events, perfectly located in the heart of South Austin. Our rates include all of downstairs; stage area, a lounge area, 1/2 baths + limited equipment accessories (c-stands, v-flat, paper). Additional rentals include use of upstairs portrait and lifestyle space featuring: a full kitchen, larger bathroom, lounge, painted portrait canvas with natural light, tech support. For Photography & Video Productions: Amenities - Corner infinity wall 8’x15’ (11’ ceilings) - WiFi - Garage door entry for loading - Natural light - 3-4 parking spaces outside loading doors - Half bathroom - AC / heat - Harmon Kardon speakers Additional (contact us for pricing.) - Use of the upstairs lounge, kitchen and full bath. - Production crew. - Repainting stage for your production.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
