Please inquire under our EVENT listing for evening and nighttime bookings.* Set above the active workshop of renowned Northwest craftsman, Michael Marian, the loft is a beautifully restored event space just a block from the Ballard Bridge on the Lake Washington Ship Canal. Our loft provides over 2,000 sq ft of entertainment space, which includes 12 ft high ceilings, an open chef's kitchen, seated dining for 40, and a large lounge overlooking the workshop. No food & beverage restrictions. Bring in all food & bev yourself or work with our preferred catering teams for private dining options. Full place settings for 50 guests (including dishes, glassware, and flatware) can be rented for $200 per booking. With a full service kitchen and private dining options, our space will make your gathering exceptionally unique. Additional amenities included in your booking: chef’s kitchen appliances, two oversized dining tables, 40 dining chairs, 2 hightop cocktail tables, 60" flat screen TV for presenting, surround stereo system, two private restrooms, and free onsite parking. *Our Event Assistant is only onsite for setup and cleanup, but is on-call remotely throughout your event. Onsite support is available for $35/hour, if needed. *The space is essentially "yours" for the duration of your booking. We kindly ask that you treat our loft like your home. *This hourly rate reflects pricing during the day for offsite meetings, workshops, and production bookings.
