Thank you for your understanding** Welcome to The Valley Capri: An intimate, private residence that celebrates quintessential and authentic vintage Los Angeles. Built in 1953, this time capsule is nestled in the heart of The Valley and offers 1,500 sq ft of interior space, backyard with sparkling pool, surrounding desert gardens, and all the essential details needed to fully embody it's time. The Capri has been entirely restored to a Valley home living it's lifetime at the tail end of the 70's. Everything, down to the wallpaper, knobs, and switch plates, have been curated and replaced to best represent the time period. Each piece on the property was sourced in California, most of it coming out of estates here in Los Angeles. In addition to the home itself, the backyard teleports you to a Palm Springs oasis. Along the poolside sits a 20 ft breeze block feature, cactus lined wall, and a tropical garden setup with fireplace. Plenty of street parking for crew on street and quiet main street a couple blocks away for larger productions. Easy access to and from 5 and 170 freeways. **Please note that the listed rate is for Still Photography only. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The property is deep cleaned and disinfected after every production. We have added new measures to limit the total number of bodies allowed in the property at one time for social distancing and require non-working crew members to hold outside at distance. Each production is provided with hand sanitizer, booties, and disposable face masks, anti-bacterial soap, and paper towels. During the shoot, various surfaces, restrooms, and door knobs are sanitized regularly.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
