Since these improvements were made, we have SNR of above 40dB. ADD-ON SPACES & CHAIRS Guests can add-on additional spaces and chairs. Please review the images in the photography section. *Main House Library - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) Patio doors provide access to this unique, bright, airy space located in the main house. 20 Seated | Theater Style 12 Seated | Conference Table *Tea House & Patio - $75/hr (2-hr minimum) This single-room building is located in the middle of the garden and offers an additional 170 sqft of meeting or entertaining space. It is a perfect add-on spot for breakfast, lunch or happy hour. 12 Seated | Conference Table *Chiavari Chairs These lovely chardonnay-toned chairs are perfect for a seated wedding, reception or meal.
