About the Space
This 100 year old storefront was originally used commercially. In 2014, it was converted into an artist live/work studio used for events such as: Small group aerobic/yoga/dance classes (up to 8 adults and 10 youth) Photo & Video Shoots Live Music and Dance Rehearsals Fashion & Art pop-ups Live Music & Comedy performances Scene Readings Castings Wine and Paint nights Film Scenes Birthday parties and other lounge events Space details: 950 sq ft. total Open floor plan with custom 14x12 wooden floor, AC/heat, central light dimmer, and concrete floors. Black and white muslin fabric and Black Seamless paper backdrops with two large photography lights, two stage lights, mic stand and 15 chairs available. The space is pet friendly with plenty of street parking* *M-F no parking on Alvarado 4pm-7pm NOTE: FOR THOSE WITH DOG PHOBIAS OR ALLERGIES--my 5 year old friendly hound lives on property. He will either be locked in his kennel or away with me during bookings. Please inform your crews before hand.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
