It is located in a sweet neighborhood of Highland Park, easily accessible from the 110. The space is ideal for: photoshoots, film shoots, meetings, workshops. The studio set up is great for studio lighting Product Photography, Beauty Shoots, Head shots, Apparel Shoots & Clothing Shoots, Commercial Photoshoots, Fashion Shoots, and Promotional Photoshoots. WHAT IS FREE WITH THE BOOKING High speed wifi Bluetooth Speakers A/C and Heating Kitchen usage Full Bathroom Outdoor patio and garden Chairs BACKDROPS Various colors are available for extra rental fees, you. must check in advance to see what colors I have available. ADDITIONAL RENTAL FEES & EQUIPMENT RENTAL Available upon request in the Add-ons section TIMING You can arrive early, and you can leave late, but we will charge you for every 15 minute increments. Leaving on time means you plan to give yourself and the team plenty of time to pack up and depart from our parking lot. AUDIO This home and garage studio are not soundproof. Many people have filmed films and music videos with audio that will be inserted in post. However the street is nearby and if you're filming something very intimate like a quiet conversation it might not be ideal. CINEMA LIGHTING If you bring your own cinema hot lights that make the space really hot and use a lot of wattage, there will be an extra $100 charge for the electrical bill. Additional parking in the driveway which can accommodate for 2 cars. TRANSPORTATION Access to Highways 5 and 110 is very close by. CATS / ALLERGIES I have two cats. Please don't book my space if you or someone else on your crew has severe allergies. PETS Please ask in advance to bring your pet(s). An additional charge of $50 will be applied to have them on site. RETURN THE SPACE TO ITS ORIGINAL STATE Within your booking time. Your setup & cleanup has to be WITHIN your booking period.
