Almost 10,000 sq feet, 2 and a half story building with many different looks. Plenty of Free Parking between the two private parking lots connected to the property. The main floor has hardwood floors, 2 bedrooms, living room, pool table room, Bar/Kitchen area, 2 full Bathrooms and an editing room. The top floor is a large open space with 20 ft high ceilings. The walls on the top floor are concrete and brick, large arched windows, 2 skylights and the floors are painted "Slate Gray" with hardwood floors near the arched windows. Private Alley The basement is currently an unfinished space that is being remodeled and should be available in July

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
