This is a beautiful 3000 square foot space in the trendy Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. The kitchen is filled with natural light featuring fifteen, 12' windows around a corner space that overlooks the Bay with views of the Bay Bridge. Perfect for off-sites, meetings, and brainstorming sessions. It's equipped with four 8-foot rolling farm tables with 40 backless stools. It can accommodate 40 people seated or 75 people standing. An additional four 6-foot tables with 25 folding chairs are also available. Kitchen access is not included in this rate. Please book "Event" for full kitchen use. Health and Safety Measures

To ensure safety and sanitation, surfaces and touch points are thoroughly sanitized before every event. All tools, knives, cutlery, glasses are only used once then immediately go into our industrial-grade high temperature dishwasher.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
