About the Space

This beautiful New York style warehouse loft is located in the fashion district, close to the 10 freeway. RoseWolff Studio is perfect for big events: wedding receptions, launch events, art galleries, business meetings... It offers one concrete side with gorgeous cemented beams and one wood side with hardwood floors and beams. Windows wrap around the entire building, letting in natural light throughout the entire day. The space has two points of entry, one of which is a freight elevator, and one additional emergency exit. It has 2 bathrooms, a make up room, and central A/C in the entire building . Amenities included with any booking: two large bar tables, 50 chairs, six cocktail tables, three 60" round tables, projector, and two column speakers. Additionally to rent we have: 50 chairs, seven 60" tables. Free street parking all around the building. ***************************************** For weddings and big events, the prices varies based on the number of guests you have. Please contact me first to have an exact rate. Inquire about full day packages (up to 15 hours) with tables/ chairs - $3500 to $3950. ***************************************** No parties or after parties and no events after 2am. No alcohol sales. No small children's parties. ***************************************** Private events only, such as weddings, birthday partys, art galleries, etc. Security guard may be required for larger events. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
