Frequently called the best rooftop view in the city, this 8,000 sq. ft. rooftop sits atop a historic six-story, 50,000 sq. ft. building dating back to the early 1900s, once a musical instrument factory. The space offers sweeping 360° views of Downtown LA, USC, and historic South LA—perfect for films, commercials, music videos, and high-end photo shoots. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
