About the Space

A 3000 sqft multi-use event space with a true sprung floor for all kinds of use located just across the bridge from DTLA. Great space for all kinds of events. Fully AV functional complete with a high-end sound system, 15K Lumen projector, and DMX LED Lighting grid. The space has A/C throughout the building and skylights & doors that can be automatically & remotely closed/covered to blackout the space. 48 folding chairs and 2 folding 8 ft tables available for use with rental. Perfect for conferences, private gatherings, etc. The building is just across the river from DTLA and the Arts District. Lots of street parking and 5 minutes walking to nearest Gold Line station. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our space is cleaned regularly with a focus on high touch surfaces in the bathrooms, office, and kitchen. Because the space has large doors, ventilated sky lights, and gates at each entrance, it is easy to keep airflow moving through the space. Per the new LA City Council Guidance, all attending guests must be vaccinated or provide proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of the event.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
