A 3000 sqft multi-use flex space perfect for an off site or other corporate event located just across the bridge from DTLA. Fully AV functional complete with a high-end sound system, 4k cinema projector, a set of Chauvet EZPar 64 lights, and a disco ball. The space has A/C throughout the building. The skylights & doors can be automatically & remotely closed/covered to blackout the space. We have 48 folding chairs available for use with rental. The space is ideal for conferences, larger meetings, or any other type of corporate event. The building is just across the river from DTLA and the Arts District. Our space is cleaned regularly with a focus on high touch surfaces in the bathrooms, office, and kitchen. Because the space has large doors, ventilated sky lights, and gates at each entrance, it is easy to keep airflow moving through the space. Per the new LA City Council Guidance, all attending guests must be vaccinated or provide proof of a negative covid test within 72 hours of the event.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
