Our unique Studio City property features a charming, bright house & spacious backyard heated pool for small private parties, (10 people maximum for little parties), for gatherings, workshops, fitness classes, and luncheons. INTERIOR: The house features colorful decor & furniture, hardwood floors, and lots of natural light that pours through the windows. FOR LESS THAN 5 PEOPLE, you'll have access to our colorfull kitchen or living room & 1 bathroom. For more than 5 people gathering are outdoor only. EXTERIOR: The 7,500 sq ft backyard includes an expansive Heated Pool, deck with patio furniture & tall palm trees surrounding. Plenty of street parking is available for load-in & guests. A site manager will be present on the property to assist with any questions throughout your booking. PRICING: $80/hr - for group sizes under 1 - 15 $95/hr - for group sizes 16 - 24 SPECIAL HOLIDAYS: $125/hour Superbowl Independence Day 4th July Memorial Day PLEASE NOTE: *If you're loading in & out heavy items, please bring protection to cover our tiles & hardwood floors. * If your group exceeds 12, please note that you will be required to bring your own porta-potty. *Please do NOT inquire for LATE NIGHT PARTIES or HOUSE PARTIES, we cannot accommodate due to residential noise restrictions. * Guests with allergies should be aware that the space hosts dogs outside of bookings.
