About RESOBOX East Village
Two air conditioning units were renewed in May 2025 and are now available for use during your events—perfect for the hot summer! Available 7-days a week | 24/7 We offer our East Village store for filming, seminars, private parties, corporate mixers, concerts and fund-raisers. It is also available to rent for your own weekly classes and/or workshops (the rental fee is negotiable). The space is located on the first floor with large windows. The size is approximately 1,200 sqft with maximum occupancy of 74 people. There are chairs, tables, projector, refrigerator, freezer and free Wi-fi available to use. If you are looking for Japanese cuisine, we have a caterer that we are working with, so please let us know! There is a small kitchen and you can use microwave, freezer and refrigerator. Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
