Restroom with granite countertop sink and a hair/makeup station with LED vanity and hair washing sink. 4'x9' shop tools storage room. Full-size refrigerator/freezer in kitchen area with bar style counter top housing a Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven and microwave. Bring your own gear for photos or videos or use mine. I use Canon DSLR cameras and lenses along with Profoto and Speedotron strobes for lighting. I also have color temp adjustable LED panels for video shoots too. I've rented this space out for yoga classes and even hosted direct sale events here with photo shoot packages but the spaces main use is for commercial photography and videography. I built this space in May of 2017 so its like new condition. Espresso hardwood floors cover the entire space except for the tiled restroom. I made the interior walls into functional/removable set pieces that give clients different options for interior looks. I have a rustic deep stucco arch doorway and wall. A modern/traditional wall with a pair of large functional windows that get real daylight and inserts to block the natural light when it's not wanted. I built a french door wall set with single pane french doors. There is a functional 3 bay window wall that also gets natural sunlight with thick blind shutters to block the light that's not wanted. Another wall has an Asian inspired shoji screen window/door wall when can also become backlit by natural sunlight as it covers the backdoor entrance. All of these set pieces are removable and I'm constantly changing pieces around to accommodate clients needs. It's a small studio with big potential. Because of the area, this studio is located you have a huge verity of food options from Italian to Greek, Spanish to Mongolian, vegetarian to vegan it's all here! Loads of breakfast options here too including a Starbucks and Einstein bagels one block away! Yes, all of the fast food options are also here too.
