Our Warehouse Studio focuses on providing a creative space for small businesses, innovators, and creators. The nearly 100 year old building in the historic Near Northside neighborhood features an open space of 1,320 sqft and has beautiful exposed brick, a large wooden sliding barn door, concrete floors, a black wall and a 22 x 13 ft flat white wall. There is a bathroom on-site, lots of furniture, and plenty of wall outlets for all of your lights and equipment. Bookings require a minimum of 2 hours booking. Clients are booked back to back and don't allow early arrivals. All renters should walk in at their booking time and walk out at the end of their booking time and no later so as to respect other renters' time. Please note that because we are a 100 year old building, at times the weather does affect the temperature inside the studio. While we do provide AC/fans/space heaters for your rental, we do recommend to plan accordingly. Christmas props/decor are up from late September to end of December and included at no additional charge. We hope to see you at the studio! PS- Off street parking only.
