About the Space

Sun drenched professionally designed loft downtown! This loft has an expansive wall of west facing windows - 4 huge original windows (6.5 ft tall each) overlooking the city skyline - with remote control shades. Decorated by an interior designer, the space features an exposed brick wall, 3 different custom wallpapers for different backdrops, and a gas fireplace with modern wood and tile detailing. The main living room/dining room has 11 foot ceilings and is very large and open with another living space/den off of it for the maximum flexibility. The open kitchen is off the main living room with custom plaid tiles and grey cabinetry. The bedroom is off the den area with a large full bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate shower. There is another half bath off the living room as well. The space is on the 10th floor and spans 1100 square feet. 2 large elevators make it easy to bring equipment up to the loft which is right off the elevator bank. Located a block away from great public transportation - the Red Line, Brown Line, Orange line, and Blue Line. There are also many public parking lots on the block as well as street parking and a loading/unloading area outside the building's lobby.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30-day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
