Availability: Monday - Sunday, 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM Important Rental Policies: 1. Rental Agreement & Security Deposit: Renters are required to sign ATW’s rental agreement prior to the rental. A refundable security deposit is also required and will be collected in person via Square at the start of the booking. The deposit amount varies based on the event type and attendance and will be fully refunded after the rental, provided there is no damage to the facility. All rental fees and booking payments are processed through Peerspace. 2. Food Policy: Please limit food to studios, lobby, and kitchen; no food inside the theatre. 3. Noise Control: Be mindful of other renters and keep doors closed if noise levels are high. 4. Overtime Charges: Any time exceeding your booking is charged at the standard hourly rate. 5. Alcohol Policy: Additional security deposit required if alcohol is served. 6. Smoking Policy: Strictly no smoking; $200 fine if violated. Please leave the space as you found it.
