Our 1915 Craftsman house in East Austin maintains the charm and original details with a modernized twist, including a unique meeting table up to 10, a sun drenched living room with a TV, a chef's kitchen, and a covered porch for brainstorming outdoors. The foyer provides original shiplap ceilings.
The backyard provides ample parking. Close to Cesar Chavez and downtown Austin, it's an amazing location to host your next private meeting.

The house is professionally cleaned and disinfected between shoots which are limited to ensure enough space and time between usage. Additionally, kitchen doors and front door can be left open (with screens) to allow for cross breeze/additional air circulation and the house has updated HEPA air filter to ensure circulated air.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
