Our space is perfect for a small backyard bbq or pool party, baby shower, birthday party, engagement party, wedding, corporate event, and more! Holding up to 120 people our backyard oasis features a stone patio with a grill and smoker, a pool, and plenty of yard space for games, tables, or anything your event requires! Although this 1930s house has been recently updated, it still has a retro and cool vibe, perfect for your next Austin event. The upstairs features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths perfect for storage, getting ready for the event, extra guest bathrooms, and more. The downstairs features an open kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom, dining room with an 8 person dining table, living room, and bar area, and leads out to the backyard oasis.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
