A bright, versatile 3,000 sq ft studio in West LA with on-site free parking. ADA/handicap accessible. Ideal for corporate meetings and offsites, film/commercial productions, music video shoots, and dance/choreography rehearsals. The open floor plan comfortably fits 30+ guests, with a bluetooth BOSE sound system, wall-length mirrors, and sprung flooring — flexible enough to go from boardroom-style seating to full movement rehearsal. Our space is home to Brasil Brasil Cultural Center, host to Capoeira Batuque and Ballet Folclórico do Brasil — bringing authentic Brazilian culture, aesthetic, and movement tradition to West LA. A distinctive backdrop for productions looking for something beyond a generic soundstage. Looking for something beyond a standard conference room? We offer a guided team-building experience rooted in Capoeira, Samba, Afro Brazilian Dance and Drumming — energetic, memorable, and led by a professional instructors. Available weekdays 9am–3:30pm (excluding Tue/Thu 10–12pm). Health and Safety Measures

The space should be left in the same condition as found — trash removed, personal belongings and equipment cleared, and furniture returned to its original setup. Standard cleaning is included in the booking rate. A flat $75–100 cleaning fee applies to productions or events involving food, drink, or heavy equipment setup.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
