You're in the right place if you're looking for space for a meeting, rehearsal, or similar activity.** Our inviting 450 square foot open-floor storefront gallery is great for classes, workshops, meetings, photo/video shoots, intimate performances, and private events with an arty sensibility. Textured white interior walls, high ceilings, and gleaming wood floor play beautifully with the natural light that floods in through french doors, our large street-facing bay window (outfitted with a small platform) and additional windows in the rear of the space. Makers of all stripes will enjoy configuring our endlessly adaptable gallery space. Speaker system, climate control, ceiling-mounted projector with HDMI cable and Mac adapter, wifi, color printer/copier (pay per page), privacy screens for street-facing windows, electric kettle, adjustable track lighting, folding screen, restroom, tables and 23 chairs, rotating visual art exhibits. Street level access makes load in and out very easy. We recycle! Non-profit and independent artist rates are available. Please reach out to us for more information. We require a $200 security deposit, held in cash or check, for all rentals. Security deposits are fully refundable in the event that all rules are followed and there are no damages. We are located on Summit Ave a 10 minute walk from Journal Square, accessible via PATH. Street parking and pay lots are available nearby.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
