The space is thoroughly cleaned by our custodian once a week. • Building user will adhere to current CDC and WA State COVID guidelines regarding posted room capacity, hand hygiene, mask use, physical distancing, and other requirements to prevent spread of disease. • Prospect will provide a modest supply of sanitizers and masks to user upon request, to have on hand for emergencies. • Building user will sanitize all surfaces touched at the end of each day of use.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
