Light filled Open & Spacious 1920's Warehouse

The space is an eclectic, spacious 1920's fabrication warehouse. The space has been successfully used for multiple photoshoots and workshops. The 2,700 square foot mainspace is very open and furniture and plants can be rearranged depending on your needs. Photo & Video Shoots: The main loft space has plenty of natural light. There is southern/warm light and northern/blue light. There are large blinds on the southern windows to muffle light exposure when needed. Workshops & Events: We do have a long table accommodating up to 12 guests. There is a kitchen with a bar that can be used for catering, as also two bathrooms. Further, there are smaller rooms available for phone calls or break-out sessions. The space is located in the middle of West Oakland and can be reached fast and easy via the Bay Bridge. There is parking available on site. The closest BART station is West Oakland. 20 minutes by foot and 8 minutes by bike. This is in the heart of West Oakland with easy access between SF, Berkeley, and downtown Oakland.
